I was impressed by the effort to keep the facility clean. The meals were excellent with plenty of options and always replenished. The staff was friendly and the snack bars were worth it. The boat trip with Captain Spiros was fantastic.

The room at Tsilivi Beach Hotel Zakynthos was absolutely amazing! It had everything I needed and more. The balcony offered a great view of the swimming pool, and it was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I could ask for. It truly made me feel like I was on vacation!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the mini-refrigerator in the room. I felt like it took up too much space and I didn't really need it.

It is near the sea, beach is good. Children liked crepes every evening. The staff is ok, the pool excellent.

I don't like hearing "good morning" in many languages, without Romanian ( I think you are not many travellers from Romania ). During holiday I haven't acces to internet.

The room at Tsilivi Beach Hotel was perfect for me! It had everything I needed, from a cozy bed to a nice view of the swimming pool from the balcony. The air-conditioning kept me cool, and the flat-screen Smart TV was a great addition for some evening entertainment. I felt comfortable and right at home in the room.

Personally, I found the mini-refrigerator in the room to be a bit small for my liking. But hey, that's just me!

A great location by the beach and a friendly staff.

I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration and general areas. The lobby and common spaces were beautifully adorned with elegant furniture and stunning artwork. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff was always ready to assist me with any mobility needs, and there were ramps and elevators conveniently located throughout the property.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful.

During my recent business trip to Tsilivi , my director chose the Tsilivi Beach Hotel Zakynthos for our stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding features of this hotel. One of the standout features is the thermal baths located on the beach, offering warm blue-green water that is perfect for those suffering from arthritis and musculoskeletal discomfort. Additionally, the hotel boasts two large, crystal clear swimming pools, including a children's pool and a hot tub. The terrace area surrounding the pools is equipped with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, creating a serene and relaxing ambience. The poolside bar adds another level of convenience for guests to enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue worth mentioning.

The beachfront was beautiful with crystal clear waters. It was a perfect location for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a variety of options for different tastes.

The room was not what we expected. The furniture was old and smelled of cigarette smoke.

This hotel is a great option for beach lovers thanks to its prime location near a beautiful sandy beach. The rooms are clean, comfy, and modern with nice hot showers, while the restaurant serves many delicious dishes with great presentation. You can also enjoy free amenities such as robes, slippers, and a safe. The hotel even offers a small play area for children and a gym for guests to keep active during their stay.

The hotel's poolside sunbeds are hard to come by due to many people “reserving” them with towels early in the morning.

As for me, the hotel had excellent cleanliness, amazing facilities, convenient transportation, and a great location close to the nightlife.
